Return Policy

Items that have been sold cannot be returned or exchanged if customers are unable to meet their personal preferences.

As all earrings are 100% handmade, each pair is unique, and the patterns may not be identical to those shown in the pictures. Please understand that minor imperfections may occur. Customers who cannot accept this or who have a perfectionist mindset should take note that the actual product prevails.

If you find that the item is damaged and wish to return it, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, providing your order number, reason for the exchange, and photos. Late requests will not be accepted. Once we receive your report, we will arrange for the return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that the product and its packaging are intact. Returned items must be unused and free from damages caused by human error; otherwise, returns will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Before placing an order online, please ensure that the recipient's name, phone number, and address are correct. Any losses resulting from providing incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.
